What the One-Time Setup Covers.

Every engagement opens with real work before a dollar of ad spend runs. We charge it once, up front, and clarify exactly what it's for. The first three to four weeks are always the heaviest lift, and getting these pieces right lays the groundwork for everything that follows:

We audit your data, SEO, paid, and creative, then research your actual market and the operators you compete with for admits. We start from what is true, not from a template.

Account and campaign structure, plus pixels, conversion events, call tracking, and a HIPAA-aware CRM connection. The instrumentation everything else reports against.

The certification and setup required before treatment ads can run on Google, Meta, or Microsoft. We manage it; eligibility rests on your licensure and accreditation.

The plan, with the KPIs you approve, before we build anything. It becomes the scorecard for your first quarter.

Paid media

A media fee priced to the work.

Paid-media management is a flat monthly fee, billed as its own line. It scales with two things: how much you spend, and how many platforms you run. As you scale, its share of your budget falls.

  • Ad spend is paid straight to the platforms, at cost.
  • You own every ad account and all the data inside it.
  • Each platform you run adds its own account, creative, and reporting.

Census is the real measure: admissions multiplied by length of stay, validated against your CRM and call center. When the relationship is right, we are open to structuring part of our retainer around qualified-call or admit growth, so our incentive sits where yours does.
